The Role

As Workshop Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and effective running of workshop operations. Acting as the link between service reception and technicians, you will oversee workload distribution, maintain high standards of quality, and ensure customer requirements are met on time.

Key Responsibilities

Manage job allocation and workflow to maximise workshop efficiency
Coordinate daily activities across the workshop team
Monitor progress of jobs, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are achieved
